Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or using the services of our educational institution, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all students, parents, guardians, and visitors.

Important: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment or use of our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the institution. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of those changes.

Admission & Enrollment

Admission Process

Admission to our institution is based on merit and availability of seats. The following requirements must be met:

  • Submission of completed application form with all required documents
  • Payment of non-refundable application fee
  • Meeting minimum eligibility criteria for the chosen program
  • Successful completion of entrance examination or interview (if applicable)
  • Submission of previous academic records and certificates

Enrollment Confirmation

Upon acceptance, students must confirm enrollment by:

  1. Paying the admission fee within the specified deadline
  2. Submitting all required documents in original
  3. Completing medical examination (if required)
  4. Signing the student agreement form

Note: Admission offers are subject to verification of documents. False information may result in cancellation of admission without refund.

Fees & Payment

Fee Structure

All fees must be paid according to the schedule provided during enrollment. The fee structure includes:

  • Tuition Fees: Payable annually, semi-annually, or quarterly as per chosen plan
  • Development Fees: One-time payment during admission
  • Activity Fees: Covers sports, cultural activities, and events
  • Examination Fees: Payable before each examination period
  • Library & Laboratory Fees: Annual charges for facility usage

Payment Terms

Payment must be made through authorized channels only. We accept:

  • Bank transfers and demand drafts
  • Online payment gateway
  • Cheque payments (subject to clearance)
  • Credit/Debit card payments

Late Payment: A late fee of 2% per month will be charged on overdue payments. Students with outstanding fees may not be allowed to attend classes or examinations.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Withdrawal before commencement of session: 75% of fees refunded
  • Withdrawal within first month: 50% of fees refunded
  • Withdrawal after first month: No refund
  • Admission and registration fees are non-refundable in all cases

Academic Policies

Attendance Requirements

Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in all classes to be eligible for examinations. Medical certificates must be submitted for absences exceeding 3 consecutive days.

Academic Integrity

All students are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Plagiarism in assignments, projects, or examinations
  • Cheating or unauthorized collaboration during examinations
  • Forgery of documents or signatures
  • Submission of work not authored by the student

Penalty: Violations may result in zero marks, suspension, or expulsion depending on severity.

Grading System

Academic performance is evaluated based on continuous assessment and final examinations. The grading scale follows nationally recognized standards with provisions for grade improvement as per institutional policy.

Code of Conduct

All members of the institution community are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect, dignity, and courtesy
  • Maintain appropriate dress code as specified by the institution
  • Refrain from use of offensive language or behavior
  • Respect institutional property and facilities
  • Comply with all safety and security regulations
  • Abstain from possession or use of prohibited substances
  • Follow internet and technology usage policies

Disciplinary Actions

Violations of the code of conduct may result in:

  1. Verbal or written warning
  2. Temporary suspension from classes
  3. Community service or corrective measures
  4. Permanent expulsion in severe cases

Grievance Redressal: Students have the right to appeal disciplinary decisions through the institutional grievance mechanism.

Privacy & Data Protection

Information Collection

We collect and maintain personal information necessary for educational purposes, including:

  • Personal identification details
  • Academic records and performance data
  • Health and medical information (when required)
  • Contact information for parents/guardians
  • Photographs and video recordings for institutional purposes

Data Usage

Personal information is used exclusively for:

  • Administrative and educational purposes
  • Communication with students and parents
  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Institutional research and improvement initiatives

Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Third-Party Sharing

Student information is not shared with third parties except:

  • With explicit consent from parents/guardians
  • When required by law or legal process
  • With affiliated educational institutions for legitimate purposes
  • With examination boards and regulatory authorities

Liability & Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a safe environment, the institution is not liable for:

  • Personal injury occurring on premises despite safety measures in place
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Delays or interruptions in services due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Third-party actions or services not directly controlled by the institution

Insurance

The institution maintains appropriate insurance coverage. However, parents/guardians are encouraged to obtain personal accident and health insurance for students.

Safety First: Parents must inform the institution of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect student safety.

Force Majeure

The institution shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Termination

Voluntary Withdrawal

Students may withdraw from the institution by:

  • Submitting written notice at least 30 days in advance
  • Clearing all outstanding fees and dues
  • Returning all institutional property (books, equipment, ID cards)
  • Obtaining clearance certificate from all departments

Involuntary Termination

The institution reserves the right to terminate enrollment in cases of:

  • Serious violation of code of conduct
  • Non-payment of fees despite reminders
  • Fraudulent admission or falsification of documents
  • Failure to meet academic progression requirements
  • Behavior posing risk to health and safety of others

Transfer Certificate: Upon completion or withdrawal, a transfer certificate will be issued after verification of all clearances and settlement of dues.
