Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ISMAC ERP Portal, including its Android mobile application and the web platform located at https://ismacindia.org, provided by the International Society for Moral & Academic Consciousness (ISMAC), Sunaina Group of Institutions, and developed by Rupesh Softech.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or portal.

2. User Accounts & Security

• Authorized accounts are issued to enrolled students, their registered parents/guardians, and employed staff members by campus administrators.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and 4-digit MPINs.
• You agree not to share your credentials or permit unauthorized individuals to access the portal using your account.
• Notify the administration immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security compromises.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When utilizing the ISMAC platform, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to bypass authentication, probe system vulnerabilities, or tamper with security controls.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or unauthorized automated requests (bots/scrapers).
• Spoof GPS location or camera inputs during attendance punch-in or examination verification.
• Upload unlawful, offensive, harassing, or copyright-infringing content in class discussion boards or document portals.

4. Downloads & Document Use

Downloaded marksheets, fee receipts, syllabus materials, and administrative reports are provided for legitimate educational and administrative use only. Official verification of any transcript or document remains subject to validation by the campus registrar's office.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and accurate data maintenance, the system is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Routine server maintenance, network outages, or updates may occasionally cause temporary unavailability.
